Doris Louise Ware Davis

Mrs. Doris Ware Tolley Davis, age 84, of 513 Jeff Davis Rd., Thomaston, died Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Davis was a native of Bradenton, FL., but grew up in Woodbury. She was a graduate of the Woodbury High School. Mrs. Davis had lived in Thomaston for over 25 years and was the owner/operator of Darn and Sew Alterations. She was a fan and loyal follower of NASCAR driver Jimmy Johnson. Mrs. Davis was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Davis is survived by three daughters, Patsy (Charles) Rosete of McDonough, Joyce (Ronnie) Clark of Forest Park and Joanne (Mike) Petty of Milner; two sons, Fred (Jean) Tolley of Milner and Kenny Ray (Pam) Tolley of Palmetto; thirteen grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
