Geraldine Howell

Geraldine Howell age 82, of Thomaston, died Tuesday, May 04, 2010 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Friday, May 7, 2010 at 2 pm at the First United Methodist Church with Dr. John Page officiating. Interment was in the Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery. Miss Howell was a life-long resident of Thomaston, a daughter of Charlie Robert Howell and Mamie Franklin Howell. She was a 1944 graduate of the R. E. Lee Institute. Miss Howell was a retired bookkeeper for the Hinson Furniture Company. Miss Howell was a member of the Upson Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. She was a also a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church and was a member of the Service Sunday School Class and the Golden Age Club. Miss Howell is survived by her sister-in-law, Hazell Howell, and several cousins. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, P. O.
