Jeannine Hammond

Jeannine Brooks Hammond was born on November 27, 1937 in Thomaston, Georgia and passed away April 13, 2011 at the McGraw Hospice Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She was pre-deceased by her Father Jules A. Brooks and Mother Willie M. Brooks. She is survived by her sons, Gary Hammond, Chris Hammond and Greg Hammond, sisters Tricia Conley, Sylvia Baxter, and brother Donald Brooks and four grandchildren, Andy, Jake, Alex and Nikki, and Aunt Marie Ferguson. Jeannine was a fun loving, laughing, people person and an incredibly generous person. She was a very talented artist and passionate about the beach and searching for sharks teeth, which brought her to Florida in 2002. She was a loving mother, sister and friend. She will be missed tremendously by all those who knew her and loved her.
