Karen Fowler Piper

Ms. Karen Fowler Piper, 51, of Carrollton and formerly of Thomaston, died Thursday, November 3rd, 2016 at her home. Graveside funeral services for Ms. Piper will be held on Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at 2:00 pm in South View Cemetery. The family of Ms. Piper will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 pm until the funeral hour. Ms. Piper was born on April 8, 1965, the daughter of the late Carter Childs 'Chic' Fowler, Jr., and Barbara Howard Fowler. She had been employed by the Waffle House Corporation for the past 10 years. Ms. Piper was a member of Emory's Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to her mother include a daughter, Kristen Nicole Piper of Thomaston and a son, Cody Piper of Griffin.
