Kimberly "Kim" Martin Raybon

June 12, 1967 — April 2, 2014

Mrs. Kimberly 'Kim' Martin Raybon, 46, of 116 Thomas Trail, Meansville, died Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014 at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Zion, IL, after a brief but hard fought battle with cancer. Mrs. Raybon was a native of Thomaston but had lived in Pike County for the past 17 years. She was a customer service manager for the William Carter Company. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Raybon was a member of the Cancer Warriors Support Organization of Griffin and inspired others in her battle against a deadly disease. Mrs. Raybon is survived by her husband, Mr. Andy Raybon; two daughters, Kaitlin Raybon of Meansville and Becky Raybon (Cody) Arnold of Barnesville; a son, Josh (Katelyn) Raybon of Griffin; her parents, Gary and Debbie Martin of Thomaston; maternal grandparents, Melvin and Murle Minter of Thomaston; her brother, Tim Martin of Thomaston; and three grandchildren, Trevor Arnold, Cooper Arnold and Adilyn Raybon. A memorial service for Mrs. Raybon will be held on Saturday, April 12th, 2014 at 6:30 pm, at the UGA Gardens, 121 Ellis Road, Griffin, GA 30223. Mr. Jay Lett will lead the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Cruisin' for Kim Benefit Fund, in care of the United Bank of Zebulon, P. O. Box 945, Zebulon, GA 30295.
