Mrs. Linda Eloise Gulledge Grosshans, 65, of 1176 Hannah's Mill Rd., Thomaston, died Friday, July 6th, 2012 at Christian Ministries Hospice. Mrs. Grosshans was a native of Detroit, MI, but had lived in Thomaston since 2007. She was a homemaker and spent countless hours as an animal advocate and participated in numerous animal rescue efforts. She also served as a care giver for the elderly in the community. Mrs. Grosshans is survived by her husband, Gene Grosshans; two daughters, Laura Lubitz of Lake Odessa, MI, and Rosie Noel of Sneads Ferry, NC; a brother, Ron (Sally) Gulledge of Macomb, MI; two brothers-in-law, Melvin Grosshans of Romeo, MI, and Fred Grosshans of Venice, FL; four grandchildren, Joshua Gould, Corinna GOuld, Robert Noel and David Noel; and several cousins. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Thomaston Hospice for their care and understanding.
