Mantie Byrd Penn Hill

May 8, 1920 — October 22, 2012

Mrs. Hill was a native of Upson County, a daughter of the late George Penn and Addie Lou Dickens Penn. She was a retired winder instructor for Thomaston Mills. Mrs Hill was a member of the Yatesville Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Charlene (Jimmy) Stallings of Macon; her son, Wyly Chappell (Valeria) Hill of Barnesville; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Asa Chappell Hill.
