Mr. Charles Edward "Chuck" Ellerbee Ii

Mr. Charles Edward 'Chuck' Ellerbee, II, age 76, of Thomaston, died Monday, December 25, 2017, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Memorial services for Mr. Ellerbee will be held on Friday, December 29, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Ellerbee officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour. Mr. Ellerbee, a native of Upson County, was born November 18, 1941, to the late Pruitt Courtney Ellerbee, Sr. and Anna Belle Ferguson Ellerbee. He served his country in the United States Navy for eight years and was a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Ellerbee was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Ellerbee is survived by three daughters: Betsy Ellerbee Hendrix of California; Tracey LeAnne Ellerbee and Amy Lynne Ellerbee, both of Atlanta, GA; one son: Charles Edward Ellerbee, III of California; two sisters: Patricia E. WIlliamson of Statenville, GA; and Lequita E. Salter of Thomaston, GA; and two brothers: Pruitt C. 'Corky' Ellerbee, Jr. of Milledgeville, GA; and James Terrell Ellerbee of Thomaston, GA; and four grandchildren. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
