Mr. Charlies Lee "Charlie" Fields

Mr. Charlies Lee "Charlie" Fields, 58, of Thomaston, died Sunday, April 25, 2021 at his home. The family of Mr. Fields will hold a memorial service on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM at 252 East Moores Crossing Road in Thomaston. They will also receive friends and relatives at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Mr. Fields was born in Thomaston on February 27, 1963, a son of Ida Glynnis Bailey Fields and the late Charlie L. Fields. He was a self employed painter and carpenter. Mr. Fields is survived by his mother, Ida Glynnis Fields; a daughter, Ashley; four sisters, Mary Ann Fields, Velma (Joseph) Montgomery. T. J. Fields and Lou (Jimmy) Brown, all of Thomaston; a brother, Joseph (Melissa) Fields of Thomaston; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, all of whom he loved dearly. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by brothers Henry Fields, Melvin Corley and Rodger Fields. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
