Mr. Gary Sherwood Fallin

Mr. Gary Sherwood Fallin, 66, of Decatur and formerly of Thomaston, died Monday, February 29, 2016 at East Lake Arbor in Decatur. Mr. Fallin was born in Thomaston on July 19, 1949. He was a graduate of the R. E. Lee Class of 1967, and attended Georgia State University. Mr. Fallin was once employed by the William Carter Company, and was a member of the Silvertown Baptist Church. Mr. Fallin was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Fallin and Frankie Denham Fallin. Funeral services for Mr. Fallin will be held on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at 11:00AM in Upson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Rev. Dusty Raines will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Silvertown Baptist Church, 300 West Goodrich Avenue, Thomaston, GA 30286, or to the charity of the donor's choice. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
