Mr. Jerry R. "Runt" Huckaby, Jr.

Mr. Jerry R. “Runt” Huckaby, Jr., age 60, of Thomaston died on Sunday afternoon, November 22, 2020, at Riverside Health and Rehab. Mr. Huckaby was born on June 3, 1960, to Jerry R. Huckaby, Sr. and the late Brenda O. Huckaby. He was a graduate of the R. E. Lee Institute and a truck driver for J.B. Hunt. Mr. Huckaby was an avid outdoorsman, and he especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his family dearly. Mr. Huckaby leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving daughter, Cassie Huckaby of Valley, Alabama; his father, Jerry R. Huckaby, Sr. of Thomaston; his sister, Wanda (Mark) Wilson of Thomaston; and his four grandchildren, Taylor Huckaby, Hailie Huckaby, Morgan Watkins, and Elise Barrow. Also surviving are a niece, Tori (Seth) Morgan, and two nephews, Cameron Wilson and Tyler Wilson all of Thomaston.
