Mr. Marshall Thomas Warren

Mr. Marshall Thomas Warren, age 48, died Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services for Mr. Warren will be held Sunday, August 22, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Yatesville, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour. Mr. Warren was born February 17, 1973, in Atlanta, GA, to the late John Warren and Phyllis Lynn Stanton. He was employed for a time by Georgia Power Company as a millwright, traveling to nuclear power plants, and he most recently was employed by Quad Graphics in the maintenance department. He was a hard-working man - a jack of all trades, who could repair most anything. He loved his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. Family meant everything to him. In addition to his parents, Mr. Warren was preceded in death by a brother, Burt Allen Warren, and a granddaughter, Krisslynn Pope. Survivors include his wife, Angie Faye Sims, of Yatesville; four daughters: Abigal (Chad) Burkey of Stockbridge; Angela Warren of Pike County; Christina Warren and Cassandra Warren, both of Yatesville; sisters: Connie (Rick) McCleskey and Christy (Sam) McCoy; three grandchildren: Kara Buckman, Cooper Burkey, and Jaxston Pope; sisters-in-law: Kathy (William) Burnette, Sandra (Scott) Day; brothers-in-law: Donnie (Ramona) Sims and Gary Sims, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and his fur babies: Daisy Duke Warren and Red Warren.
