Mr. Philip Rodney Stevens

Mr. Philip Rodney Stevens, 72, of Thomaston, died Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Stevens was born in Thomaston on July 4, 1948, son of the late John W. and Vivian Kinsler Stevens. He was formerly the owner and operator of Stevens Truck Sales. He had also been employed by Thomaston Ford and later as an insurance sales agent with American General Insurance Company. Mr. Stevens was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Stevens is survived by his wife, Euretha “Ressie” Laughter Stevens of Thomaston, and his daughter, Christie (Richard) Neely, of Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Stevens. The family of Mr. Stevens will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Friday, November 13, 2020, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
