Mr. Ronald Terry Granger, age 73, of Thomaston, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services for Mr. Granger will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 4, in the Chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Rev. Donnie Melton will officiate, and interment will follow in South View Cemetery. The family of Mr. Granger will receive friends on Sunday, August 4, from 1:00 until 2:00 PM. Mr. Granger was born on June 4, 1946, in Upson County to the late John Edmund Granger and Lillian Purvis Long. He was employed with the Ford Motor Company in the Trim department and retired as a line chief. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of the Masonic Lodge 31 in Zebulon. He was also a Shriner. Mr. Granger was an Assistant Boy Scout Master with Troop 36. He was a member of Clark's Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Granger is survived by his loving wife, Juanita Granger of Thomaston; a son, Steven (Mandy) Granger of Cochran; a daughter, Wanda (James) Hall of Warner Robins; a son, Stacy (Nancy) Day of Conroe, Texas; a son, Mitchell Day of Thomaston; a sister, Janice (Bobbi) Cox of McRae-Helena; five brothers, Keith (Linda) Granger of McRae-Helena; Tony (Cathy) Granger of Griffin; Tim (Tracy) Granger of Zebulon; Stanley Granger of Zebulon; Sam Granger of Hollywood; and twenty two grandchildren. Several great grandchildren also survive. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two daughters, Kathy Floyd and Karen Dillenger.
