Mrs. Barbara "Angie" Albritton

Mrs. Barbara “Angie” Albritton, age 73, of Thomaston, died Friday, January 19, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center.


Graveside services for Mrs. Albritton will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 23, at South View Cemetery with Dr. Rex King officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home.


Mrs. Albritton was born August 6, 1950, in Thomaston, the daughter of the late Hardy Jackson Braddy and the late Donnie Mae Tucker Braddy. She was a graduate of R.E. Lee Institute, and she was employed by Dr. Ben Williams as a Registered Nurse until her retirement. She loved to work and to take care of her patients. Mrs. Albritton was a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church.


Mrs. Albritton is survived by her sons, Kasey (Courtney Manning) Albritton and Kenneth (Angela) Albritton, and her brother, Ronnie Braddy, all of Thomaston.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton “Pete” Albritton and her brother, Jack Wayne Braddy.
