Mrs. Bobbie Kendrick Corley

Mrs. Bobbie Kendrick Corley, 84, of Thomaston, died Saturday, January 1, 2022, at Heritage Inn Health & Rehab of Barnesville. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Corley will be held on Tuesday, January 4, at 2:00 PM, in South View Cemetery with Rev. Ted Kandler officiating. Mrs. Corley was born in Thomaston on December 5, 1937, to the late Robert Lee Kendrick and Leola Foy Kendrick. She was retired after more than thirty-five years as a dental assistant. Mrs. Corley was a member of the First Baptist Church of Thomaston where she was a Sunday School teacher in the children's department for over twenty-five years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Corley was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, James C. "Jimmy" Corley. She is survived by her son Dr. James Foy (Rita) Corley of Thomaston; a brother Rev. Tommy (Sara) Kendrick; and two grandsons: James (Jamie) Corley and Jacob Corley.
