Mrs. Connie Thrasher Mcdaniel

Mrs. Connie Thrasher McDaniel, age 69, of Thomaston, died Friday, December 2nd, 2016 at her home. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. McDaniel will be held Monday, December 5th, 2016 at 4:00 PM in Crystal Hill Cemetery with Rev. Danny Henderson officiating. The family of Mrs. McDaniel will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Monday from 3:00 PM until the funeral hour. Mrs. McDaniel was born on October 6th, 1947 in Thomaston, a daughter of the late Moses Lee and Phyna Estelle Fleming Thrasher. Until her retirement she was employed by Thomaston Mills. Mrs. McDaniel was of the Holiness faith. Mrs. McDaniel is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Brent) Greene and Carla (Todd) Davis, both of Thomaston; a son, Rodney McDaniel; a sister, Avanell Rogers of Thomaston; four brothers, Roger (Linda) Thrasher, Jerry (Debbie) Thrasher and Lee Thrasher, all of Thomaston, and Jimmy Thrasher of Kalamazoo, MI; an aunt, Willoadene Pitts of Forsyth; a special cousin, Janice Pitts of Thomaston; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
