Mrs. Eileen M. Zymowski

Mrs. Eileen M. Zymowski, age 82, of Meansville, died on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin. Mrs. Zymowski was born on March 30, 1938, to the late Vincent and the late Marion Kromer Meyer in New York. She retired from the Broward County Sheriffs Office as Deputy. She was a very giving person and enjoyed giving back to her community. She was a faithful member of the “We Share With Love” Food Co-Op for over 8 years. She was a faithful member of St. Peter The Rock Catholic Church. Mrs. Zymowski is survived by her daughter, Jaqueline (Joseph) Rutkowski; daughter-in-law, Tamara Nelson-Riker; sister, Carol Schmiedicker; three grandchildren, Thomas (Kimberly) Dickson, VI, Drew (Wes) Long, Michelle Rutkowski; and her great grandchild, Wesley Long. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Zymowski is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel R. Zymowski; son, David Riker; sisters, Mary Ann Meyer, Janie Sczepanski; and her brothers, Carl Meyer and Jesse Meyer. The family will have a private service at a later date.
