Mrs. Pryor was born in Roberta, GA, a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Reeves and Mary Lucile Moncrief Reeves. She was a registered nurse and, before her retirement, was employed by Upson Regional Medical Center for numerous years. Neva, as she was known to most, was married to Mr. Hartford N. Pryor for 61 years. She was a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church and was involved with various organizations within the church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Lincoln Reeves. Survivors in addition to her husband include a daughter, Mrs. Gayla (Wayne) Trice of Thomaston; three sisters, Ms. Frances Kinlaw, of Lakeland, FL., Mrs. Judy (Ed) Turner, of Griffin, and Mrs. Janice (Ricky) Smith, of Thomaston; four brothers, Mr. Russell Reeves, of Thomaston, Mr. Ross (Linda) Reeves, of Yatesville, Mr. Felton (Norma) Reeves, of Thomaston and Mr. Phil (Earlene) Reeves, of Slocomb, AL; and one grandaughter, Miss Amy E. Trice, of Athens.
