Mrs. Juanita "Grannie" Webb

Mrs. Juanita 'Grannie' Webb, 82, of Thomaston, died January 8, 2015, at her residence. She was born September 11, 1932, in Jonesboro, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home, with Rev. Jimmy Grier officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Jonesboro, GA, at 4:00 PM. The family of Mrs. Webb will receive friends Sunday evening, January 11, 2015, from 5-7 PM at Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home. Mrs. Webb was formerly employed by Merico, and she was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Jonesboro. She enjoyed sewing and camping. Mrs. Webb was predeceased by a special grandson - Gene Harvey; her parents - Guy and Clara Berry; and three brothers - Helvyn, Barney, and Billy Berry. Survivors include two daughters - Carol Webb of Thomaston and Sandra (Roy) Welch of Yatesville; a sister - Edna Davis of Jonesboro; two brothers - James Berry of Morrow and Charles Berry of Locust Grove; four granddaughters - Tracey (Drew) Fenton of Princeton, TX, Lisa (Jesse) Edgemon and Tara Cobb of Thomaston, and Holly Welch of Warm Springs; a grandson - Mark (Tonya) Webb of Tallapoosa, GA; and eight great-grandchildren - Alisha, Houston, and Justin Harvey; Kirsten and Cannon Fenton; Dakota and Kaitland Harvey; and McKenzie (Harvey) Chandler. Mrs. Webb's family would like to thank Thomaston Hospice for their care during Mrs. Webb's illness.
