Mrs. Judy Jones Williams

Mrs. Judy Jones Williams, 71, of Thomaston, died Friday, July 10, 2020 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Fletcher-Day Funeral Home with Rev. Joey Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Yatesville. The family of Mrs. Williams will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Mrs. Williams was born in Zebulon on June 25, 1949, a daughter of the late Leamon Wise and Mary H. Scott Jones. She was a homemaker and was a member of the East Thomaston Baptist Church. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Robert Bruce "Bob" Williams; three sons, Edward Lee (Mary) Cook of Aiken, SC, and Matthew James (Vicky) Cook and John Paul (Tiffany) Cook, both of North Augusta, SC; a sister, Linda Bottoms and a brother, Dale Jones, both of Barnesville; a sister-in-law, Kathy Williams; and six grandchildren, Dakota, Lane, Dade, Elissa, Caleb and Joshua Cook.
