Outside of work, Mrs. McNeely was a loyal member of the First United Methodist Church, the Service Sunday School Class, the Upson Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, and the Upson Historical Society. At home she loved to work in her yard and made sure there were flowers blooming all year long. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McNeely was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Everett McNeely, two brothers: Hugo Starling and Edward 'Josh' Starling, and a step daughter, Dr. Janet A. McNeely.
