Mrs. Mary Ruffin Fowler

Mrs. Mary Ruffin Fowler, age 101, formerly of Macon and Yatesville, died Saturday, December 28, 2013, in Sunny Grove Assisted Living in Barnesville. She was born in Pike County to the late Aca Lee Ruffin and Mardell Kennedy Ruffin. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Ruffin was predeceased by her husband, Frank A. Fowler, daughter, Ellen Fowler Reid, and son, James Alton Fowler. Survivors are sisters, Martha Rodgers, of Zebulon; Dot (Fred) Mulling, of Yatesville; and brother, Johnny Ruffin, of Yatesville. Funeral services for Mrs. Fowler will be held Monday, December 30, 2013, at 11:00 AM, in the Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Michael Ruffin will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 until 11:00 AM, Monday prior to the funeral service. Interment will be Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at 2:00 PM, in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery, Macon GA .
