Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Ritch Perdue

Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Ritch Perdue, age 90, of Ball Ground, Georgia, died Saturday evening, November 13, 2021, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta. Funeral services for Mrs. Perdue will be held Wednesday, November 17, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Cunningham will officiate and the interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 16, at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Mrs. Perdue was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Perdue, son Thad Ritch Perdue, parents Paul and Lilly Randall Ritch and siblings Randall Paul Ritch, Kenneth Ritch, Doris Ritch Watson and Gwen Ritch Owen. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Lackey (Mike), son James C. Perdue Jr. (Mary) granddaughter Stephanie Phillips and grandsons Lee Lackey and James Thomas Perdue. She is also survived by four great grandchildren. When her children were young Pat was involved in their childhood activities and supported them throughout their school years in various organizations. She worked outside the home for many years prior to the death of her husband and after her subsequent move to Saint Simons Island. She resided there for almost 20 years enjoying the beautiful beaches and ocean daily. Afterwards she relocated to Ball Ground Ga. to live with her son and his family. She lived a life filled with love for her children and grandchildren and will truly be missed by all. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home of Thomaston is in charge of all arrangements.
