Mrs. Peggy Salter Warren

Mrs. Peggy Salter Carlisle Warren, age 67, of Griffin, GA died Sunday, November 15, 2015 in the Hope House in Griffin, GA. Mrs. Warren was born in Thomaston, GA on May 30, 1948 to the late Kenzie and Lois Salter. She worked as the Human Relations Director at Gordon State College. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 11:00AM in the Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Tim South will officiate. The family will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home Monday night from 6:00PM till 8:00PM. The Family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Eternal Hope Hospice 123 North 18th St. Griffin GA 30223. Mrs. Warren is survived by two daughters Christy (Clint) McCants of Tarpon Springs, FL, Roxanne Carlisle of Stone Mountain, GA, three grandchildren, Blake (Carley) McCants, and Brittany (C. J.) Bridges, both of Thomaston; Bethany (Jared) Tindell of Tarpon Springs, FL. Eight great grandchildren also survive. Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
