Mrs. Peggy Sapp Moore

Mrs. Peggy Nell Sapp Moore, age 77 of Thomaston, died Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Providence Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Laurens County, Georgia to the late John Washington Sapp and Mary Georgia Fennell Sapp. Mrs. Moore had worked for Tasty Freeze and Whitmire's Restaurant as a cook. She was a member of East Thomaston Baptist Church. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Felton Moore. She is survived by a daughter, Tammy Marie Moore, a son, Thomas Lamar Moore, two sisters, Mary Frances Sapp (Earl) Montgomery, and Sandra Yvonne Sapp, all of Thomaston. Funeral service for Mrs. Moore will be held Monday, June 2, 2014, at 11:00 AM, in the Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Upson Memorial Gardens. Rev. Joey Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
