Ms. Cherie Denise Usry

Ms. Cherie Denise Usry, age 59, of Thomaston, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services for Ms. Usry will be held Tuesday, September 21, at 4:00 PM, in the chapel of Fletcher-Day Funeral Home with Dr. Derrick Keeter officiating. Ms. Usry was born on November 19, 1961, in Barnesville to the late Jeff McMullan, Sr. and the late Bonnie Sue Gordy McMullan. She worked in the fast-food industry and baby-sat children. Her favorite color was orange. She attended New Hope Baptist Church. Ms. Usry is survived by her son, Brandon (Utopia) Elliott of Seminole, FL; a brother, Daniel McMullan of Thomaston; and her uncle, Bruce (Janice) Gordy of Thomaston.
