Ms. Christina Marie Bugh

Ms. Christina Marie Bugh, age 30, of Acworth and formerly of Thomaston, died Monday, December 16, 2024, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

Memorial services for Christina will be held on Saturday, December 21, at 2:00 PM, at Northside Christian Church with Pastor Jereme Chaney officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Saturday.

Christina was born February 25, 1994, in Riverdale, Georgia. She was a 2013 graduate of Pike County High School. She had been employed as a cafeteria worker for the Pike County Schools. She will be remembered as a loving mother to her children, Jasper and Rayliana.

Christina is survived by her children, Jasper McLelland and Rayliana Preston, her parents, Chris and Janet Bugh of Thomaston; her fiancée, David Preston of Acworth; her sisters, Christy (Jereme) Chaney and Linda Bugh, and her brothers, Howell Shinkle, Stephen Bugh, and Brian (Lauren) Bugh. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Christina’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, 233 Peachtree St., NE, Suite 2225 Atlanta, GA 30303.
