Ms. Sandra E. Lis

Ms. Sandra E. “Aunt Sandy” Lis, age 81, of Barnesville, died Friday, January 26, 2024, at her residence.

Ms. Lis was born March 17, 1942, in New York and she retired from United Airlines.

“Aunt Sandy” as she was affectionately known, is survived by her niece and caregiver, Laurie (Allen) Williams of Thomaston, niece, Carly E. Ragsdale, niece, Elizabeth "Liz" Young, and nephew, Randall Kennith Farr.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wilfred G. Farr and Elizabeth Roth Foster, her sister, Collette Foster, and her brothers, Laverne Farr, Vernon Farr and Patrick “Butch” Farr.

Services will be held later.
