Ruby Franklin White

Mrs. Ruby Franklin White, 83, of Thomaston, died Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Mrs. White was a native of Upson County. Until her retirement she had worked for 45 years in the Spinning Department of the Martha Mills Division of the B. F. Goodrich Company. She was a member of the North Church Street Church of Christ. Mrs. White is survived by two daughters, Dianne (Tony) Hamlett and Carol White Self, both of Thomaston; two sisters, Doris Jordan and Betty (Harold) Brodnax, both of Thomaston; and three grandchildren, Adrian (John) Phillips of Thomaston, and Richard Hamlett and Kenny Hamlett, both of Alabama. Eight great grandchildren also survive.
